At We're Not Really Strangers, we want you to feel as comfortable in our apparel as you do in your own skin. If your purchase doesn't spark a meaningful connection, we offer returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact, and include the packing slip provided in your digital return confirmation.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; we'll track the journey back to us.

• 4.
  Processing & Reflection

  Once received, please allow 5-7 business days for our team to inspect the items and issue your refund or ship out your new exchange.
